Upon arrival found system calling for cool but only condenser operating upon further inspection found blower motor not turning on 24 V and 115 V was not present at Mulolex connectors coming from blower motor traced voltage and found Molex plug not supplying proper voltage(115v) will need to consult with management. Furnace is 20+ years old. We need to reschedule appointment for further diagnosis. Called and informed client and will be running card on file for trip charge and diagnosis.
Executed a cooling maintenance on a split system (technician notes). Replaced filter and wash down condenser coil. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic - good with a 18° temperature split. Running and starting amperage measured within manufacturer specifications on all motors. Dual run/starting capacitor β good. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.
Came to property for loss of power to gate. Breaker was not seated correctly which caused power to not pass through breaker powering the gate.
