Charles easily diagnosed the situation and was honest letting us know that the outlet was fine and only discolored due to something that had been plugged in previously. Also figured out how to put in a plug for future needs.

Cooling maintenance on 2004 package unit, filter is located in lower wall, verified proper sequence of operation, washed condensing coil and cleared line, systems well past life expectancy and operating best it can, system is cooling and operating properly at this time of service.
Came to property to look at blackened outlet. Determined that original alarm system transformer caused heat to itself, but did not damage the outlet. Provide provided customer with estimate to install new outlets at a different location.
Indoor Air Quality System Installation: Installed a UV air purification system to reduce allergens and pathogens.
Thermostat Installation: Upgraded a basic thermostat to a smart programmable one. The client now enjoys precise temperature control and energy savings.
Whole Home Generator Installation: Installed a backup generator system for a client. Chose an optimal outdoor location, handled permitting, and integrated the generator seamlessly into the home’s electrical system.
Wash condenser 16/25 filter check cooling and electrical components everything is working properly at time of service
2019 Lennox model 20/30 filter check cooling and electrical components everything is working properly at time of service
Installed new ceiling fan where there was a can light in the kitchen, r/r light fixture in master bath, and diagnosed garage outlets non op and jacuzzi tub in master bath that was non op.
Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2024 American Standard silver series condenser, condenser located on left side of home, filter located in filter rack, fau located in hallway closet, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.
Installed blower motor unit is up and cooling
Came to property for what the customer described as micro surges. Discovered that a previously installed breaker was faulty. Replaced breaker as a courtesy.
After Diagnostic found error code E 17 blower motor not responding tested motor not working order motor from Howard should be in by Wednesday for office to schedule to install
Office sn-TO3F compressor failed and equalized pressure. Outdoor ac unit for office will need to replaced. Equipment is 2010 American standard. Do to Major repair recommend replacing condenser and evaporator coil to prevent multiple additional repairs. Second option is to replace condenser only which is outdoor unit. Third option is to rebuild equipment and replace compressor, though do not recommend do to for not much more can install new equipment. Will follow up with office manager tomorrow to advise on options. Attached 3 options below also will email.
