Performed annual heating maintenance on 2022 heat pump spit system. Client already changed out filter. Followed sequence of operations checked blower motor speeds, electrical components, and temperature rise. 1050 is operating properly no alerts found on system. Cleared out condensation line to drain properly. System is operating properly at this time of service.
Performed a heating maintenance on a Intertherm Down flow , Filters located on in unit, unit located in laundry room , changed filter, on unit checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower motor, check for capacitor, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance
Performed a heating maintenance on a 2020 American standard platinum furnace, Filters located inside filter rack, fau located outside closet, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

Today’s annual heating maintenance consisted of one upflow package unit. I first began with replacing both of the filters on the system to ensure proper airflow is able to circulate back to the system at minimum resistance. I then make sure that the nest thermostat is properly calling for heat and turning the unit on the blower motor is checking out in the correct amperage range verifying that there’s a controlled voltage being used throughout the system efficiently and safely. There’s a controlled flame, ensuring that the gas pressure is at the right setting. The temperature supply check is checking out in the correct range, ensuring that the home is being warm to the desired temperature. I also made sure that the T stat wiring connected to the compressor outdoors is not eroding or any signs of rodents destroying the insulation around the suction line and liquid line. Overall, this system is operating to the manufacturer specs at this time of preventative heating maintenance.
Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose outlets and lights non op throughout home. Found that two arc fault breakers feeding bedrooms were tripped, but not in a fully tripped position. Turned breaker completely off and on a couple of times and breaker reset to restore power to affected areas. Also checked customer’s car charger to ensure proper voltage/amperage. Found that cord for charger was only rated for 32 amps and informed customer to contact dealer for a bigger cord for charger. Upon departure, customer mentioned using WD40 on breaker in future. I informed customer that this should NEVER be done as WD40 is flammable and will ruin breakers.
Resent estimate with 10 years @ 9.9 %
client will talk to wife about estimate,,,will call before Friday
gave client thermostat education on thermostat
Arrived at customer’s home to give an estimate for reconnecting outlets that were disconnected during slider door install and for running power for / boxes for exterior light customer wants installed as well. Will grab existing wire underneath home that was originally for outlets to re feed outlets, and use that power for the switch/light install.
Today’s an annual maintenance consisted of one package unit on the side of the house. I first begin with ensuring that the thermostat is properly calling for heat entering the system on the client. Let me know that the thermostat did not work last night, but he replaced it with new batteries and it was calling for heat and turning the unit on properly. I then replaced the filter in the home to ensure proper airflow is able to circulate back to the unit at minimum restrictions. The amps on the system checked out incorrect range, ensuring that there is a controlled voltage being used throughout the unit and the temperature supply checked is in good range, ensuring that the home is being properly heated to the desired temperature. Overall, this packaging is operating to the manufacturer standards at this time of prevent preventative maintenance.
Today’s annual maintenance consisted of two carrier upflow furnaces located in the garage access. I first began with replacing all of the filters in the home a one in the casita as well. Both of the thermostats properly called for heat and turned both systems on for heating. Both systems amps are successfully checking out in the correct range ensuring there’s a controlled voltage being used through the units. I then cleared the condensation line to ensure proper drainage is occurring for each condensation line. All of the heating sequence of operations successfully checking out ensuring the flame was properly lighting and heating the home to the proper temperature. Overall both of these carrier furnaces are operating to the manufacturer standards at this time of preventative service.
